Rohan,
Are you using different endpoint UA's?  Also, is this in a production
nextwork or is it still in development?
If it's production, I'd look at your channel capacitance (bandwidth,
resources, qos profiles); but if it's development, you should look into the
codec types supported by the UA's and a problem I've run into in the past
with this kind of issue is the different RFC compliance of different
vendors.  For example, I've had 2 different vendors complying to 2 different
versions of the same RFC for comfort noise, which resulted in the UA's being
unable to properly interpret the incoming RTP traffic after a few seconds of
call initialisation.
