Hi,
            Stateful proxy basically maintains the active call context for this adds Record Route header to Initial INVITE. When call is terminated then stateful proxy clears the context maintained by it. On the other hand, stateless proxy need not to maintain any call context thus need not to add any Record route header and only proxy the incoming SIP message to further.
