Hi,
If it is transaction state full proxy then it may or may not add the
Record Route header.
But if it is Dialog state full proxy then it will add record route
header for sure.

State full proxy will add record-route header to the request before
forwarding that, State less proxy wont add the same header, Record-route
header contains the ip and port of the proxy. Please correct if am
wrong.
