that the Bob this saying is not right becasue if barch ID do not match
the you will be getting 481 (Dialog/Transaction Does Not Exist) error code.

this error code come when SDP parameter do not support by other end this
this case this problem occur because call start with audio  codes

m=audio 15834 RTP/AVP 0 101

but in re-invite send the SDP of FAX

m=image 15834 udptl t38

that's why ur (198) IP address server sending the  488 Not Acceptable Here

Tell to ur customer or vendor do not send Fax parameter into SDP. Your
problem will be resolved.
