[SIPForum-discussion] Require 100rel?

Hello Jimmy

its not like that 100rel support is not mandatory features. even if you are
have pure IP to IP calls. 100rel support means that endpoint support PRACK.
if endpoint to not have the PRACK support it do to means you are not able to
make IP to IP calls.
