Strict routing is not mentioned in RFC-3665, it is mentioned in the
RFC-2543 which is deprecated now.

RFC-3261 follows loose routing.

Can u please help me to understand what is the exactly difference
between loose routing and strict routing.

I have gone through RFC 3261 , Only i came to know that acoring 3261 its
loose routing and  according to RFC 3665  its is strict routing .
