Hello Manish,

Could you please let us know what exactly the error you are getting.

I mean are you able to registered your softphone on registrar server? or you
are not able to make calls only.

However I also had a problem with NAT and X-lite but managed to get the
calls working by changing some setting. I get "Call failed: UA behind NAT
not accepted here". I had to use the below procedure to resolve that issue
see if this can help you out.

# Go in to the "SIP Account Settings..." in X-lite.

# Then click on the SIP Account you want to edit (You probably only have
one) in the dialogue box that appears.

# Click the "Properties..." button".

# Then click the "Topology" tab at the top of the window.

# Now change the "Firewall Traversal" IP Address Settings from "Discover
Global Address" to "Use local IP Address"

# Click OK

# Click Close

Now wait for X-lite to rediscover the network and register.

You should now be able to make outgoing and receive incoming calls now.
