In practice, many devices don't return much of anything useful. Most
I've seen just return an empty 200 OK -- no payload, and only enough
in the 200 OK to be legal. So you can't depend on much there.
A few devices will return SDP with no c= line, listing out all the
available codecs.
I'd also be interested if anyone has any counterexamples.
