Cisco calls this "SIP Redirect Processing". I believe you just need
12.2T13 or newer, and to enable "redirection" in the "sip-ua" section
on the IOS box.

The interesting question is whether it's wise to use the AS5350 as SIP-
to-SIP B2BUA or stateful proxy as you depict. While I know of many
AS5300s in service in VoIP carriers, most folks would just send the
call to the AS5350 when they're ready to terminate it to a TDM
interface on the AS5350 itself.
