Hi Chinmaya,
 
Fast Start call means when you send INVITE it will have the SDP i.e
offer.and far end will answer with 200 OK SDP. this is a fast start
call.
 
Slow start call means when you send INVITE it doesn't have the SDP, so
far end will answer with 200 OK SDP i.e offer, and you will answer it
with ACK SDP.
