[SIPForum-discussion] PDF separation from P-CSCF in R6

Hello All,

I am looking for some reasons that "PDF functionality has been moved out
separately from P-CSCF in R6 IMS network".
In R5, PDF used to reside in P-CSCF, as logical entity. But i am willing to
know the optimizations effects of separating PDF as an external entity.

It will be really helpful , if some one can provide information on this.
