Hi,

That means that there is no such function provided by this module.
Perhaps You were using SER 0.9 and now You shifted to 2.0 in such
case there might be that kind of issues.
You can always check here http://www.iptel.org/ser/doc/search or
to be 100% sure grep sources if such function is really provided by this
module.

PS.try to load acc_db.so - just a shot.
