We are using Nextone SBC but problem is that its kept on remote place and there is no desktop connected.

I want to know how we can take RTP traces on Nextone SBC.

It depends upon the which vendor SBC you have deployed..The common way for the all the SBC is to mirror the switch port where your SBC is connected & you can connect the mirrored port to laptop with wireshark to see all communications happening on your SBC.
