[SIPForum-discussion] Calling number in IAM

Only called party number is mandatory to route the call, unless or otherwise
you do A-number(calling party) analysis. The calling party number is
required to provide the CLI to the terminating party and is primarily not
involved in digit analysis for routing the call.
