Not sure, but you can achieve this to some extent using event 'Dialog' (RFC
4235).

Sorry for asking the stupid question & thanks to all of you in advance.
 
When a SIP phone picks up his handset & dials nothing, can SIP proxy know
this event that the IP phone is in busy state w/o offering a call to the
phone. Means when phone does off-hook, can SIP phone send some SIP message
to Proxy. Is there any standard SIP messages for this ?
 
If yes, plz let me knoe what are the SIP messages & what is the flow of
that.
