Hi,

 

I was try to install ns 2.26 with such sip patch at Fc3 and Fc4, but failed.

and have heard that gcc 2.95 is good to install ns 2.26

Hi,

I'm trying to install ns2 v 2.26 but I do not know which particular Linux
distribution I should use (OS). actually I chose this version because I
found SIP patch http://www.tti.unipa.it/~fasciana/materiale.htm  developed
for this NS version.  Could anyone help me with this points please 

1. which Linux OS I should select.

2. Is there anyone try to install this version before to work with SIP. I
need  some documentation about that if available.
