[SIPForum-discussion] How to make Re-Invite without SDP

The purpose of the re-INVITE is not only modifying the media
characteristics, but also refreshing the SIP sessions as per RFC4028. For
the latter aim, the SDP payload is not needed but I am not sure if it is
required by other RFCs.
