[SIPForum-discussion] A method to send DTMF as RTP packets

RFC 2976 does not state how to send DTMF over a SIP INFO request.  RFC  
2976 simply states it is possible.

For example, the UAC sends and INFO with a payload "User Pressed the 1  
key". The UAS expects an INFO with a payload "0x01". No  
interoperability here.
