[SIPForum-discussion] Need a free sip desktop phone which provides interfaces to thirdparty application

Thats a bit of a tall order. SIP devices have underlying infrastructure and
more most people want to bite off right now so I havent seen a lot of action
outside the big players such as microsoft. Snom is a good inexpensive phone
but thats all it is. you still need the guts to set up and tear down calls
as well as provide transport. Unless someone else has a solution, I think
you may be fighting a very difficult battle.
