I am validating some message of SIP for our testing tool.can any body
help me out from a problem.

when i gone through the RFC 3261.

ABNF

IPv4address    =  1*3DIGIT "." 1*3DIGIT "." 1*3DIGIT "." 1*3DIGIT

So what is the range for each field.

1*3DIGIT ==
