[SIPForum-discussion] Call Fails with cause 480 Temporarily unavailable

The FROM and CONTACT header's seems to be incomplete:

From: "8801" <sip:38.99.247.122:5061
>;tag=7015420-270625832-805306496-713323336
it should be sip:8801 at 38.99.247.122:5061, most likely the cause.
