Hi!
 
Does anyone know some "best current practice" when it comes to
SIP-trunking and how operators specify the service? Is the most common
way for the operators to specify it by refering to a number of RFCs and
drafts or is it getting more common to use for example SIP-connect as a
reference?
 
Is it common that operators are flexible when it comes to SIP-trunk by
making specific adjustments per customer to get for example IP-PBXes to
run properly?
