Hi,

For ordering packets sequence number filed will be used, timestamp field is
used for playout duration based on sampling freq and frame rate,
synchronizing and for jitter calculation.
Timestamp field is initially generated as random number and increments for
each packet based on the sampling frequency and frame rate. When wrap around
happens the timestamp field continues from zero instead of generating random
value.
Wrap around handling for timestamp is similar like sequence number wrap
around handling.

Please let me know if i am wrong.
