[SIPForum-discussion] 'SipConnect' terminology

I am somewhat confused with the term 'SipConnect'.

Is this a reserved trademark, such that if I implement everything 
according to 'spec' I would not be able to use the term?

I thought 'SipConnect' has been productized in such a way that it now 
implies QoS, which I don't recall being required in the 'spec'.
Thus, SipConnect has an additional / required QoS implication.

Correct?
