UAC send register with expire timer and UAS know that after regiteration done properly by 200-OK , After the expire interval which could be any thing 36900 or 180 etc, So UAS need to send refresh regsiter with new timer > 0 else if time is ==0 server/registerar will discard thr registeration.
UAS only terminate the session /call when it not receive the expire timer or expire timer is ==0 or timers are too smalls or larges(error 423).How the UAS know about that , the registerar (should) maintains the list of registered partoies based on the call ids or dialog inforamtion.

The UAS is aware of USC' register expires that the reason why the call is disconnected. The UAS knows that the UAC must send a REGISTER after few minutes (this time is defined in the expire information of 200 OK), but the UAC isn't sending this because the call is established.
 
Our doubt is: the UAC must send the REGISTER message while the call is established or the UAC can send the REGISTER only after the end of the call.
 
Attached to this email, there is a log of this situation.

Can the UAS release the call , if the UAC dont send a new registration ?
