integrity-protected=no (or the other mentioned possible values), unquoted.

I think that if it had to be quoted, you would have had a LDQUOT before the
list in braces, and a RDQUOT after the list.

If you want to refer to the TS24.229, check table 7.4, just before the
paragraph where integrity-protected is defined, which seems to define quoted
hex digits: it uses LDQUO>T and RDQUOT.

Also in RFC 2617, the quoted strings are explicitly defined as such, or you
can also see some <"> around tokens to "manually" define quoted strings.

Thanks for ur reply but i consulted TS 24.229 earlier also, but in subclause
7.2A.2.1 of this TS it is written to consult RFC 2617 for more
information.But in that RFC 2617 in section 1.2 the syntax of this parameter
is given like this 

auth-param     = token "=" ( token | quoted-string )

and from my knowldge about BNF  this indicates that both  

integrity protected = no or integrity protected = "no"
both are correct .So Thats why im facing ambiguity between them.Please
clearify this ambiguity.
