Hi Jyoti,

Yes, there certain cases where 180 can be sent after 183.
In case of 3GPP IMS, if SIP users wishes to have resource reservation
mechanisms before beginning the session then such scenario is encountered.
For call flow example u please refer 3GPP TS 24.228 or rfc 3312.
