Sr. SQA Stress Test Engineer

 

 

Function Description:

As part of the Customer Engineering and Test Solutions team you will be
responsible for stress testing of the client products for deployment in
the service provider networks. Daily tasks include test design,
planning, and execution; reporting bugs to development and reproduction
of bugs to facilitate resolution. Candidate must have strong knowledge
of IP Networking technologies with network configuration (NMS and CLI),
security Protocols (IPsec, Firewall, NAT, VoIP, SIP) forwarding
performance benchmarking (QoS) and routing protocols (OSPF). Candidate
must have experience writing test plans, automated stress test scenarios
and developing and executing QoS test cases. In addition have the
ability to collaborate with software developers to identify and resolve
issues. In addition must have strong working knowledge of commercial
test equipment such as Ixia and Landslide a must. Candidate must have
proven ability to work in a high performance engineering development
team. 

 

Minimal Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years testing development experience with BSEE/CS or
equivalent 

 

Preferred 5 - 7 years testing development experience with MSEE/CS CCIE
or CISSP preferred
