[SIPForum-discussion] Media flow in IMS

Media will not go through CSCFs, RTP packets are never
routed by SIP Route header. 

Why do you have such suspect?

Hi All,

I have query regarding the media flow in IMS. Once the
session is established in an IMS architecture (INVITE
--> 200 OK --> ACK), does media flow will between the
two end points directly (UE-originating and
UE-terminating)? Or will it pass through the same set of
P/I/S following Route header and so...?
