Hello Joerg,
I am not sure whether this will be helpful to you.But
take it as a suggestion.
As i Know call hold is implemented in two ways.
1. Send a re-Invite with "0.0.0.0" as the IP address
in the sdp data.(RFC 2543)
2.Send a re-Invite with the parameter a=sendonly set
in the sdp data.(RFC 3264 )

You have tried the first one.Can u check the
authenticity of the second one.

In the first case the recepient cant send RTCP to
you.I think most advanced server uses RFC 3264 for
call Hold.That may be the case that ur server expects
this RFC and you are following the obsolete one.

Try with second one.I think it may work..
But please let me know if things work out.
