I guess you must try XLite UA or SJPhone, i tried and Refer To request works fine.

I am trying to find a Windows SIP Client that fully supports the REFER method (RFC 3515). In particular I need the client to accept a Refer-To Header with a HTTP URL. I have tried a large number of clients (inc Gizmo, Express Talk, Wengo, X-lite) but with no success (typical responses to the REFER are 481, 405 or 603).



Can anyone point me in the direction of a Windows client that will support my REFER message.
