Hi,

I have onse small doubt in Command Sequence(Cseq). 

UNDER WHAT CONDITIONS Cseq CHANGES

The initial Cseq number remains same through out the Dialog or it changes once the Method(like Invite,Bye) changes.

I have seen in some call flows, Cseq is same through out the Dialog, while in some call flows, Cseq changes.   

looking for clarification,
