Hi All,

I've one query....

When PSTN user makes a call to IMS (unknown user), who is going to play the
announcement (saying wrong number/user) is it terminating switch (IMS) or
originating switch (PSTN switch)?

If it's PSTN, IMS will respond with 404-NON_FOUND and based on the response
PSTN will play with announcement

If it's IMS, how and what would be the logic?
