  case 2):
  But User B is added into A's RLS so whats the need for sending Subscribe to presence n refresh for it ?Why not only subscribe to rls server whole pupose now?
  And as per my knowledge refresehes is used to keep alive that session only; not for fetchinging presence status ; is it ok?

  I have 2 queris in SIP-SIMPLE message flow
   
  1):   When user A sends subscribe to presence for user B and User B accepts it. Is User B added as a Buddy into user A's buddylist (User A as a watcher to user B)?
  2):   Why User A keeps refreshing subscription to User B even after B's acceptance for it? 
  Please give your valuable suggustions for the same.
