early media is usually being used in case of "multimedia ring back tone".
When we place a call to somebody, we usually hear ring back tone.."ring.....ring.....".
But the ring back tone is customized. Such as music or recorded voice something like that before called party answers the call.

  Hi Sip Experts,

                Can some one explain the exact use of Early media ????? .Early media is nothing but exchange of SDP parameter Before call Begins(means Dialog begins).if so Re-invite to both Caller and callee before call starts (dialog starts) also doing SDP exchange functionality..!!!! .

  --- if so exact use of early media????
