[SIPForum-discussion] Need help in Seagull

  I want to use Seagull for TCAP application, it is prerquisite to have HP OpenCall SS7 platform installed before compiling seagull. I am not able to find tar file for this( for OCSS7 platform). Can anyone tell me where I can get this?
