Greetings!
 
    RFC 3261 18.1.1 requres support for 64K message (including headers) over
UDP. 
 
    Some proxies does support that. 
 
    I haven't seen any phone that would support 64K though (I think 32K was
accepted).

The payload for UDP is 1000 octets and for TCP I think as Peoli mentioned
there is no limit.
If any one knows plz let us know the same.

It depends on the transport you want to use.
If by TCP, I don't think it will have specific limitation.
