[SIPForum-discussion] 180 ringing there is no SDP . so how we are able to listen the ring to

there may chance that in the 180 ringing we are able to listen HALLO TUNE .can we call it is an media ???????

       take another case let A is calling B, & both are under differernt service provider, B has set a particular HALLO TUNE,which is not present in the A's service provider. so in this case in case of 180 ringing whose phone will be able to play the music ???whether A???????
