I done something like that in my final project of my graduation.

In the message INVITE i create a multipart body and in that body i have the 
SDP body and information in the format XML (application/xml). Is the format 
used in the mails.

You will have the problem that there aren't any softphone that can process 
that message so you will have to implement a way to make the multipart body 
and a way to read it.

In my project i create the message in the softphone, but i only need that 
information in the server so there i remove the multipart body keeping only 
the sdp body and send to the destination.
