Hi,

I am using sipxtapi libraries. If anyone has used the same for developing a
windows based UA, please inform me on the following issue:

I tried using:
- sipxConfigSetAudioCodecPreferences
- sipxConfigSetAudioCodecByName
and tried to set the codec to
- AUDIO_CODEC_BW_LOW
- iLBC
respectively.

Both the fnc calls return SUCCESS but the call switches to normal PCMU
stream after a while.

Can you please let me know how to use lower bit rate codecs such as iLBC,
GSM and G729?

I have added the sipXtapi.lib and sipXtapid.lib files to my VC++ project and
am using the two header files:
sipXtapi.h
sipXtapiEvents.h

Is there anything else I need to do?
I call:
- sipxConfigSetAudioCodecPreferences OR
- sipxConfigSetAudioCodecByName

before:
sipxCallConnect, sipxCallAccept

Thanks & Regards

Rathan Raj
