hello:
     When i compile the osip2 of libosip2-2.2.2 in evc4.0,one fatal error is:
fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'sys/timeb.h': No such file or directory

the file 'timeb.h' does not exist in evc4.0. Someone told me that the evc4.0 do not supprot
the 'time' function. But in the VC6.0 the 'time' function is exist, can i use it to compile
the osip2 ? If not, what should i do ?
