Hi,

I'm trying to find out what does the digits in profile-level-id in h.264
stands for.

>From RFC 3984 I understood the 4 less significant digits but I couldn't
understand the other 2.

For example in 42A01E, 42 stand for baseline profile but I couldn't find
good explanation what each bit represents.

*	What each bit represents in the 2 most significant digits?

For example what does the 4D represent in this profile-level-id: 4D401E?

*	How do I represent supporting main profile? Extended profile?

Thanks,

Tal
