Startup and Shutdown	
State Transition Diagrams	
Data Flow	
Concurrency Model	
Threads/Tasks Involved	
IPC mechanisms and locking strategies	
System Requirements	
Detailed design	
Class design and interfaces	
Sequence diagrams	
Requirements traceability	

So you can decide which are required in your design and reject those
which are not useful.
