[Sipnoc26-attendees] NG911/PSAP Authentication Discussion BOF

Hi Everyone,

Hope everyone had safe travels home after a great SIPNOC!

I wanted to follow up on our suggestion to organize a virtual BOF session inspired by the talk given by Orlando on the issues being seen around authentication.  I think it would be great to have a focused discussion on this and related topics.

Coincidentally, I’m at the IIT RTC conference, as you may/may not know IIT and Carol David and her lab has been a large supporter of NG911 and testbeds and  there was a great set of talks and a panel about where things are around NG911.

I spoke with Marc and I think we just need to pick a date and Marc can coordinate a gotomeeting to have the online meeting to discuss.

I would propose October 2 maybe 1pm Eastern?

Thoughts on the specific topic?  I think it would just be great to bring these communities together and talk more about this important topic.
