[sipnoc25-attendees] Special Dietary Requests During SIPNOC 2025

Dear SIPNOC 2025 Attendees,

 

Greetings everyone! 

 

The conference is less than two weeks away, and we are busy making
preparations for what is shaping up to be an extremely informative and
productive event!

 

In an effort to doubly ensure that all attendees with dietary restrictions
or special dietary requests are taken care of at the event, please reply
back to me no later than next Tuesday, September 9th if you have any of the
following needs/conditions:

 

-- Kosher meal

-- Halal meal

-- Serious food allergies (other than gluten intolerance) we should be made
aware of

 

Please note that for those of you that require gluten-free food choices,
many items served will be gluten-free and will be marked as such.

 

We will be providing a wide selection of food choices during the event, so
there should be something for everyone's tastes or needs!

 

In addition, please let me know if there are any other special requests you
may have. We may not be able to accommodate every request, but we will try
our very best.
