Please find some information below about various items of interest regarding
the conference.

SIPNOC 2025 Attendee Mailing List

By now, all of you should have received a welcome message from our mailing
list server informing you of your subscription to the "sipnoc25-attendees"
event mailing list. 

This mailing list will be used by the SIP Forum to keep you updated about
the SIPNOC 2025 agenda, special events, last-minute changes to the schedule
if and when they occur, reminders, etc.

Please note that this list can also be used by you to propose topics for
discussion with other SIPNOC 2025 attendees, ideas for on-site breakout
sessions, and for other networking purposes.

SIPNOC 2025 Hotel Reservations

Although the room block for SIPNOC 2025 is nearly full, there are a limited
number of rooms still available, so if you haven't reserved a room at the
Hyatt Regency Dulles hotel yet, and you need one, please make your room
reservation ASAP! 

Also please note that the group rate expires on September 7th, and after
that the best available rate will apply to your reservation.

SIPNOC 2025 Receptions

Please note that the SIPNOC 2025 Attendee Welcome Reception on September
16th (Tuesday night) and the SIPNOC 2025 Beer and Gear Networking Reception
on September 17th (Wednesday night) includes delicious buffet dinners and
full open bars (with STIRed and SHAKEN martinis of course) -- so please come
hungry (and thirsty)! 

For those of you arriving in town on Monday, September 15th or earlier,
those nights are yours to make your own dinner plans. 

There will be information at the hotel about restaurants in the Herndon
area, including Reston Town Center, which is about a 15-minute drive from
the hotel.

SIPNOC 2025 Dress Code

A few of you have asked me about the dress code at the event: Business
casual please!

Temperature Forecast

The temperature forecast during SIPNOC 2025 is in the mid 70's during the
day, and low 60's during the night (temps in Fahrenheit).

Parking

Car parking at the Hyatt Regency Dulles Hotel is free for all SIPNOC 2025
attendees. 

Please note that when you arrive at the hotel, you will see Pay to Park
signs around the hotel parking lot (front and back). Since you have
complimentary parking, do not use the QR code on the sign and pay. 

Free Shuttle Service To/From Dulles Airport

The Hyatt Regency airport shuttle picks up at IAD airport [curbs 2B and 2G
at lower baggage claim] every 30 minutes. Between 6am & 12am it does a
steady loop. 

12am-6:00am: CALL THE HOTEL to ask them to send it: 703-713-1234 . 

For your return, make your request at the Front Desk.

BoFs (Birds of a Feather Sessions)

There are three consecutive BoF timeslots that have been scheduled into the
SIPNOC 2025 agenda the evenings of Tuesday, September 16th and Wednesday,
September 17th.

I encourage anyone who has a potential BoF topic to reach out to other
SIPNOC 2025 attendees on the attendee mailing list to solicit involvement!
If there is enough interest from the community, we will schedule them in and
assign a meeting room for them!
