This afternoon the FCC deleted<https://docs.fcc.gov/public/attachments/DOC-405764A1.pdf> the draft/proposed Eighth Report and Order<https://docs.fcc.gov/public/attachments/DOC-405219A1.pdf> (which was the subject of a fair amount of discussion during SIPNOC 2024 last week) from the FCC's Open Meeting on Sep. 26.

At this point, it is unclear if this item was adopted on circulation or if the FCC hit the pause button given the various ex partes filed last week.

I suspect we should know one way or another in short order.
