>From the capstone we got the sense that these dates in Sept are generally optional for folks. I'm very sensitive that folks need to book travel vacations etc way way in advance.

For 2025 that would be Sept  Tue Thur 16th through 18th 2025 or the week after 23-25.

If any of you have a preference let Marc know ASAP.   Again for the SIPForum the sooner we can talk to the Hotels about this the better terms and conditions Marc can negotiate.

The Hilton Dulles was very very accommodating to us based on past bookings but we are willing to look at options again including the Hyatt.
