[Sipnoc24-attendees] Special Dietary Requests During SIPNOC 2024

Dear SIPNOC 2024 Attendees,

 

Greetings everyone! 

 

The event is about two weeks away, and we are busy making preparations for
what is shaping up to be an extremely informative and productive event!

 

In an effort to doubly ensure that all attendees with dietary restrictions
or special dietary requests are taken care of at the event, please reply
back to me no later than this Friday, September 7th if you have any of the
following needs/conditions:

 

-- Kosher meal

-- Halal meal

-- Gluten-Free food choices (note that several items served will be
gluten-free and will be marked as such)

-- Other specific and serious food allergies we should be made aware of

 

We will be providing a wide selection of food choices during the event, so
there should be something for everyone's tastes or needs!

 

In addition, please let me know if there are any other special requests you
may have. We may not be able to accommodate every request, but we will try
our very best.
