Can anyone help me here

I am going through this RFC, RFC3487, Requirements for Resource Priority Mechanisms for the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP). This RFC talks about RPH headers to be used in SIP Signaling Messages. This RFC also talks about Differentiated Services (DSCP) . How is DSCP ( more related to IPQoS) present in SIP Signaling messages

How is DSCP and RPH related to SIP Signaling?
